AFM remains one of the major tool to visualize individual biomolecules in their native state. With introduction of the PeakForce Tapping (PFT) mode, high-resolution imaging in liquid became easy. In this live remote session, we shall briefly highlight the important parameters involved in accurate PeakForce Tapping (PFT) imaging. A live experimental session will then be held to demonstrate the best practice procedure and repeatable high-resolution imaging on molecular samples in liquid.
